Having spent 20 years in corporate industries myself, I know the realities of burnout and busy minds. Now, as a fully qualified 200-hour Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, I’ve helped individuals and businesses find steadiness through flexible, meaningful practices.

My corporate wellbeing sessions are available online and in person, and include accessible yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and even Beyond Yoga experiences like guided relaxation and connection circles—tailored to the needs of your team and workplace.
