If you’re feeling burnt out, disconnected, or in need of space to breathe—these classes are for you. Balance Yoga with Becky offers more than movement. It’s a space to gently unwind, rebuild your energy, and feel grounded again.

Our weekly community yoga classes are held in Steeple Claydon and surrounding villages. Each session combines flowing movement, slow strength-building, and deeply restorative practices. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Flexible term sign-ups make it easy to commit in a way that suits your life. Pre-booking is essential.

If group settings aren’t quite right for you—or you’d prefer something more tailored—I offer one-to-one sessions designed around your unique needs and lifestyle.

Following a free consultation, I’ll create a practice that supports your goals, whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, managing stress, or simply carving out time to breathe again. Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home or online for convenience and ease.

Want to share the experience? I also offer bespoke yoga parties—a perfect way to add something calming and meaningful to hen dos, baby showers, or relaxed gatherings with friends.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Support for Your Body, Mind and Motherhood Journey

Having personally experienced the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy and life with children, I know how powerful yoga and mindfulness can be during this time.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or navigating the early days of motherhood, my pre and postnatal sessions offer space to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself. These sessions are designed to help you honour your changing body and nurture your emotional wellbeing.

Fully trained in both pre and postnatal yoga, I offer private 1-1 sessions and small-group classes. These can also be gifted to a loved one in need of support.
