Community Yoga: Real Practice for Real Life
Join my weekly yoga classes in Steeple Claydon and surrounding areas. Each class welcomes all abilities and all kinds of days—whether you’re full of energy or barely holding it together.
We blend movement and rest, strength and softness, helping you build physical resilience while making space to breathe. Sessions are timed with real life in mind, especially for busy parents and professionals. Corporate Yoga: Because Your Team Deserves to Feel Well
With first-hand experience in the corporate world, I understand the pressure, the deadlines, and the toll it can take. That’s why I design sessions that work with your team’s schedule and needs—whether that’s a 15-minute reset between meetings or a full hour of movement and mindfulness.
Offerings include energy-boosting flows, restorative stretches, stress relief, and mindfulness practices that employees can carry into their day. I also offer bespoke sessions for pregnancy, mental wellbeing weeks, or staff wellness events. Sessions are available both in person and online.
Pre & Postnatal Yoga: Grounding Support Through Motherhood
Having experienced the deep shifts that come with pregnancy, birth, and life with children, I know how vital it is to have space to reconnect with your own needs.
Yoga and mindfulness can be powerful tools during pregnancy—for calming the mind, strengthening the body, and bonding with your baby. After birth, they can help you begin to restore, regulate, and rebuild from the inside out.
I’m fully pre- and postnatal trained and offer both group classes and 1:1 sessions. Whether you’re preparing, recovering, or simply adjusting, these sessions provide a gentle invitation to put yourself back on the list.

Sometimes, balance requires more than movement. My Beyond Yoga offerings are an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms of life that often get lost in the noise.
